- I am a humble rural schoolmaster based in the San Joaquin Valley. I am teacher of languages (English for Learners or AP Spanish) as well as ELL Social Studies. I have also worked at Bakersfield College as an Adjunct Professor, UVA as a University Supervisor. I was the recipient of the 2004 ISI Renshaw Fellowship at the UVA. My article on Kim Philby is featured in the McGraw-Hill Anthology. I am an accomplished translator of legal documents, campaign literature, and poetry. I hold an MA in Spanish literature, a Bilingual Certificate of Competence and I am a California Certified teacher of English, Social Studies and Spanish. I attended the 2012 AP Spanish Reading in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
